If I use an OBT that uses Evolvi content do I still need an agreement with Evolvi?

Yes, an agreement is required as the OBT's do not hold a Rail Licence to be able to sell Rail tickets, contact Evolvi for information if you use an OBT but don't have an agreement with Evolvi.
