I see a No Fares Found message when searching for an Open Return

If you have a policy that allows you to search for Open Returns where a return date does not need to be specified and a No fares Found policy is displayed, this is because there are no Return fares on the route you are searching, this is most common on the LNER route where only single leg pricing has been introduced as a trail. Adding in the return date of travel will allow fares to be shown. If the return date is not known then the inbound date can only be booked when it is known.
