Bike space availability is requested by ticking the box in the search options page as shown below.
Bike space availability is indicated at the journey level by the presence of a bike icon.
On the Reservation Preferences page, the bike availability per leg is shown
When bike availability has been requested, the Traveller Details section is displayed, allowing the selection of bike spaces per traveller per direction of travel.
The allocated bike spaces are displayed on the Reservation Allocation page as shown.
Where seat maps are available, the reserved bike spaces will be identified, but it is not possible to change the allocated spaces via the map.
Please note that a booking containing a Bike reservation is not available as an eTicket, this options will be greyed out on the fulfilment page.
When collecting or printing the tickets 2 reservation coupons will be issued per bike, one to be attached to the bike and one to be retained by the traveller.
