I have a flexible ticket but don't see the option to Exchange.

Only Advance tickets need to be exchanged if you need to travel at a different time, flexible tickets can be used at other times within the conditions of the ticket validity. 


If the new travel time is within the validity then you may be able to book a Seat Reservation Only (if enabled for you) on the site for the new time and the traveller use the original ticket. 


If the new travel time is not within the validity then a new booking will need to be made and the original ticket refunded.
