I have an Advance ticket but do not see the option to Exchange.

Advance tickets can only be exchanged before the original date and time of travel, check that the date/time have not already passed.


Some Train Operators do not allow auto-exchanges, in these cases a new booking will need to be made and the original ticket submitted to TARS for a refund.
