Exchanges are enabled but I am still unable to Exchange a ticket.

There are various conditions attached to Exchanging Advance tickets.


The Exchange must take place before the original departure time.


The origin/destination/route must be the same.


The passenger must be the same.


If booked as a Split Ticket booking then the tickets cannot be exchanged via the site, a new booking must be made, with the same split point and the original ticket submitted for a manual refund.
