The majority of Flexible tickets are refundable, for example ones called Anytime, Off-Peak, tickets must be refunded within 28 days of the expiry of the ticket.
From 01 April 2026 the refund rules are changing, tickets need to be cancelled by 2359 the day before the day of travel.
Rules may different for tickets purchased via Evolvi dependent upon the fulfilment type, please check with your refund team for more details,
Advance tickets are generally non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different time and /or date before the original departure time.
