Can I get a refund for a cancelled train?

Modified on Tue, 8 Oct, 2024 at 3:57 PM

If the service is cancelled and you decide not to travel, a full refund can be applied for, this will need to be done as a Manual refund in the system.

If you still decide to travel but on a later train, you may be entitled to compensation via the Operators Delay and Repay scheme, more details can be found at Compensation and refunds for train tickets | National Rail
