Booking Confirmation email not received

Evolvi will send a booking confirmation to the user making the booking, if no confirmation is received check in the users policy if the option 'Disable Booking Confirmation Emails' is activated.


If bookings are not made in the Evolvi site but via a 3rd party OBT then the OBT may send a booking confirmation rather than using the Evolvi one.
