eTicket Confirmation not received

Evolvi will send the eTicket confirmation to the email address added during the booking process, if no confirmation is received check in the users policy if the option 'Disable eTicket and mTicket Confirmation Emails' is activated.


If booking are not made in the Evolvi site but via a 3rd party OBT then the OBT may send a booking confirmation rather than using the Evolvi one.
