What confirmations are sent by Evolvi?

A booking confirmation for all bookings is sent to the user who makes the booking and also to any email added to the 'Additional Confirmation Email' in the users profile or added at the time of booking.


An eTicket/mTicket confirmation is sent to the email address added during the booking process.


Note that the eTicket Confirmation is not automatically sent to the user making the booking if the booker is not the traveller, the confirmation will go to the email address that is added during the booking process. However if the booker also wants to receive the eTicket confirmation they can add a 2nd email address in the section, separating them with a semi-colon.



These confirmations can be disabled if not required in the users Policy.
