A client has more than one account code but does not have the option to choose from the default one.

In the policy that the user is attached to they must have 'Choose Account' enabled, this will then allow them to choose a different account than the default one. If you want the user to choose an account every time with no initial default then also enable 'No Account Pre-selection'.
